Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Returns & Exchanges
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
- Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If a replacement is approved, we will arrange the exchange after confirming stock availability.
If a product is not eligible for refund or exchange, this will be clearly communicated before purchase to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
